We contacted you because of fears about aggression, barking at visitors, jumping up (Pepper), difficulty walking both dogs on leash together, and housetraining inconsistency. You taught us about canine behavior and training techniques. You made us feel more confident with the dogs. You encouraged family participation and involvement (very important!) in their care and training. We have more positive interactions with the dogs and fewer negative ones.
